These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TGSane Technologies, the developer of Photo FaceFinder . Your continued use of the service confirms your acceptance of any updates to these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Photo FaceFinder for your personal or business photo organization purposes, subject to your chosen subscription plan and these Terms.
You retain full ownership of every photo you upload. By uploading content, you grant Photo FaceFinder a limited license to store, process, and analyze that content solely to provide face recognition, album, and search features back to you. We do not claim ownership of your photos and do not use them for any purpose beyond operating the service for your account.
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
You may not decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the service or its apps.
You may not resell, sublicense, or share your account access with unauthorized third parties.
You may not upload photos you do not have the right to use, or content that violates applicable law.
You may not use automated tools to scrape, overload, or interfere with the normal operation of the service.
Paid plans (Pro and Enterprise) renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel anytime from Settings, effective at the end of your current billing period. Pre-orders may be cancelled and fully refunded any time before launch.
We do not guarantee that face recognition results will be 100% accurate, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that it will meet every individual requirement. You use the service at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Photo FaceFinder and TGSane Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are reflected by revising the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Photo FaceFinder after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version is always available at photofacefinder.com/terms-and-conditions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
We aim to respond to all legal inquiries within 5 business days.
